Electric car horns, PVC tubes, voltage transformer, metal brackets
60 x 150 x 110 cm

The plates of two electric car horns – the title of the work comes from their identification code – are put under stress. They vibrate at the end of two tubes, pushing from the wall to the centre of the space. They have a neat presence. Orderly, they start close to each other and then they slightly part in the end. They are dense. Extremely serious.
They channel and empty the sound of the two car horns, as extremely profound throats that can only utter low, cavernous, guttural sounds. Choked sounds. Connecting E13 000625 to the grid feels like pulling a trigger. A bullet in the barrel. Gloomy. Sunken. Ready to drill a stomach.
